I am a resident at Kimbrook Manor apartments and I can guarantee that it is not the place to live. If you are 90 you might like it but otherwise, forget it. The office manager is very two faced and promises things but never follows through. She says she will resolve complaints and does nothing but crys if she gets a complaint. She seems nice when you first move in and then she turns into a snob, thinking only of herself. The parking is terrible, if you have more than one car, forget it, you will never find a place to park, sometimes even with only one vehicle. For the outrageous price that we have to pay you'd think we would be treated better and have better service. there are laundry facilities but they are filthy dirty and not maintained well at all. Half the time at least one washer or dryer does not work. Please think twice before moving to Kimbrook Manor.

I'm sorry you've had such a negative experience. I've lived here for 4 years, and if it weren't for some unfortunate events in my job, I'd be staying for as long as I could. I love it here. I've had nothing but completely positive experiences here at Kimbrook.

This is too funny xdxrux you haven't even really lived here yet you are apparently the biggest cheerleader for this apartment complex, very odd. KManor 8402 maybe no one ever told you this but it is extremely unprofessional to get in a message board fight with your tenants. Instead of calling out people as liars and flatly denying everything maybe you should take it as constructive criticism and try to address these concerns. I understand no one is perfect and every business has its snags but calling people outright liars is not the way to go about it.

everything is clean here. the only thing i dont like about the laudry room is rude ppl who take my cloths out 2 mins after the washer is done.
