I have lived at Kimbrook for 2 years now. If I was not relocating for a new job, I would have renewed my lease for a 3rd year. The community is really pretty quiet, but is very close to various shopping centers. The ladies in the office are wonderful and very helpful. I have had very few instances where I required maitenance for something, but each time I did it was resolved quickly that same day. Overall my experience at Kimbrook has been very pleasant and I would recommend it.
