Most of you never hold back to give a piece of your mind, but you can't ever give a positive remark' I'm sure all of you who b-i-t-c-h all the time still live here, geez it must be that bad to still reside at Kimbrook even though everything is so horrible!!! You can cancel your lease, so please do all of us who dont go about life compaining, pissing and moaning and just pack up. This place should have at least an 80% rating but due to people who just stay and b-i-t-c-h and don't leave and still complain, this place doesn't "look" as good as it really should. Lori, Alicia, Tammy, and the maintenance Crew, I would like to give you a complement. You all, in my opinion, do an excellent job. Its disapointing to come on here and only see 50%, I know its not that low. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! (people need positive atittudes and positive remarks once in a while, its what keeps us going half the time)

i didnt say it was big, i just said it was there. try to deny there is a hill. im not blind. i wish i was so i didnt have to see you everytime i walk in the office but seriously, some of us arent that lucky

update!!!: ive been living here for a bout a month so far....walked ALL PREMISIES and guess what?!?!? NO ------- HILLS!! all concrete paths are on a level ground... you dont see me in the office...i live no wheres near the office
