Most of these people on here are just complainers. I have had no issues whatsoever. Lori always e-mails me back within minutes during office hours and if I email her after hours I get a response first thing in the morning. The one time I had to call maintenance was after hours and they immediately called me back, I was gone 20 minutes and they were in and out before I got home and the problem was fixed. Not only are the quick to respond but have been very nice. Yes, there are dogs if you don't want to see them don't move here, but I don't smell them, hear them, or see their poop. I only see their owners walking them outside. Noise, there isn't any. Its all little things, you hear doors every once in a while, big deal. My last apartment you could hear the guys next door going to the bathroom, that is something to complain about. Have not had one issue parking. I am always right in front of my apartment. I have not lived here for winter parking so I don't really know. I did meet with Lori while there was still snow on the ground and everything looked as cleaned up as expected by me to me. Again, my last apartment, I would have to put my Jeep in 4- wheel drive to get out of the parking lot because they would plow it like 2-3 times a week rather than when it would snow. Overall, my boyfriend and I love our apartment. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and love it. Everything was spotless when we moved in and there were little welcome boxes in the bathroom and in the kitchen. I read every comment on here before I applied and did so anyways and I am so glad I did. Unless I am the luckiest person and wound up in the best building most people on here are complaining about nothing.

It's not really that this place is 100% aweful, it's just that the quality of living is different from one building to the next and the landscaping around the outer buildings look like they are in a third world country. So props to the landscaping. And as for lori, I think all of comments about her lovely attitude and the complaints being made to benchmark may have caused her to go to the proctologist to remove one of the branchs that was laying on the property
