Since I have lived in these apts my car was broken into the 2nd week I was here,The office nor the complex takes no responsibility for anything that happens. Maintenance on the apts arent very good, if they even get to you at all. for the most part I would have to say that this is the most getto place i have ever lived in my life.. I will not renew my lease. I wish I would not have signed a year lease here. I would already be gone.!!!!!!!!!!!

How can a place in the middle of nowhere be ghetto? It's Baldwinsville, NY. Your neighbors are cows.

This post is not true at all. I'm not sure where this person grew up, but this would be the furthest thing from ghetto I've seen. The staff can sometimes be rude, but besides that the maintenece is very friendly and is very promt. My fiance and I never use the second shower, and when we had family stay the shower wouldn't turn on from lime build up; maintence was here within 20 min to take care of it. They always ask permission to enter the apartment, and leave a note to let us know what they have done. The neighbors are very friendly people and the grounds are well taken care of. It's a nice apartment with very few problems. As far as the pets that I've seen mentioned in other posts, all of the pet owners I've seen have been very considerate about cleaning up after their dogs. I hope to find an apartment of this quality when we move.
