I'm a traveling nurse and have found this to be just another apartment, nothing special. Lots of road noise, fair apartment to apartment noise. The "private balcony" is a joke, just enough space for a few flowers, not enough to even stand on. The airconditioning is just a window unit stuck in the wall, not enough for the whole apt, and nothing gets to the bedroom. Lots of closet and storage space. Fairly good workout room, but the pool hours are limited. Only one washer/drier for 8 apts is not enough. Friendly and helpful office staff. Not sure of price/value as this is free on my contract. 17 min from Hospitals, not a bad drive. I would at least check it out, the golf course is nice as a back yard, and some nice social activity provided.
