Love it here - Kimbrook is a very clean, well managed and safe place to live. The staff are very professional. I have lived here for 5 years and have been extremely satisfied. It is very quiet. If I had any complaints I would have moved. I was shocked to read such negative reviews. I am very satisfied living here and think it would be hard to find better. Maintenance Staff is very poor Everytime we call for maintenance or there is something wrong, the staff never wants to help you. It takes weeks in order to get simple things fixed. The owner only cares about what he is getting for rent. I wish I had never signed the lease.

WE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 4 YEARS. RECENTLY MOVED OUT OF STATE. MANAGEMENT, DUE TO JOB TRANSFER ALLOWED US TO BREAK OUR LEASE WITH PROPER NOTIFICATION. WE RECEIVED ALL OF THE SECUIRTY DEPOSIT. MANAGEMENT, CATHERINE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND GAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS.

Nice Place to Live I have lived at Kimbrook for 2 years now. If I was not relocating for a new job, I would have renewed my lease for a 3rd year. The community is really pretty quiet, but is very close to various shopping centers. The ladies in the office are wonderful and very helpful.
