My wife I have lived here for 2 years. The second year was the worst! We waited 3 weeks for an exterminator, and are still waiting over 4 months now for the fridge to be fixed or replaced. The fridge "clunks" all the time when it shuts off at all hours. Also, when calling for service, be prepared for a very rude and discourteous woman behind the phone. When the service guys show up, not in uniform, get ready for the excuses as to why they can't or won't fix something. Also, the bedrooms are over the garages, imagine sleeping at 2am, then hearing a drunken "neighbor" open and slam shut that door that you sleep over. Not a lot of privcay from your "neighbors" who seem to be more interested in themselves and their cars, than just saying hello.

Wow. I've had pretty much the same experience. And the woman's name is Pam. My neighbor is not a drunk, but I still get woken up all hours by the darned garage door slamming down under my bed. I needed extermination and waited 3 months. They showed up when I was gone and told me they came and sprayed, but the problem persisted.

I thought I was the only one! My husband and I have been here for two years now, and our neighbors have yet to say hi to us. They keep us up all hours of the night with music blasting. I have tried to make a complaint with PAM.. and she told me "Oh he has been here for 8 years, with no comlaints at all, so just go over and ask him to turn it down." This guy is rude, and I'm not going over there! The garage door is very annoying. And our basement has flooded 5 times which maintenence has only cleaned up twice. (which they don't do that great of a job anyway) My husband has a work van parked in the parking lot, and they keep placing a piece of paper on the windshield saying they are going to tow it! We are out of here asap!! For people looking to rent - DO NOT GET A FLAT!!
