If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood this is not it. For people who do not have children... there are kids EVERYWHERE. I have had kids standing in the middle of the road and not move, I have had kids throwing rocks. I even had one kid chase another into my yard with a shovel in his hand. Parents seem to let their children run wild here. We can not watch TV in the summer with the windows open, because of all the screaming. The garage doors are very loud, and wake me up everynight. If you have a flat, the master bedrooms are touching.. so you can here EVERYTHING that is going on in the neighbors bedroom. I would not recommend a flat to my worst enemy. I know the townhouses are more quiet, and you are not right in front of the road.. but they are also way overpriced. You can have your own house for what you will pay to live there.
