I thought it was too good to be true to get 2 bed 1.5 bath, Spacious kitchen, a attached garage, and a washer and dryer and it was good for one year, then it was the the little things that added up. Time and time again I have ask for bug spray, to fix the leaking toilet and the mold that has formed between the tiles. The first year like i said they were timely and fixed any problem then has time went on they show no effort or even bother to fix the place. Their "sanitation rules" seems too far out there for anyone to follow. I have received a notice to vacate because of lack of sanitary condition. This was a result of me calling in to exterminate the place for the second time. when I came home the day they "sprayed for bugs" I found dirt prints on my kitchen floor, A dirty hand print on my wall and a puddle of a clear sticky liquid and no evidence of spraying. I did not receive a warning like you expect for violating their rules. I received a notice to vacate on my first offense. The roads are in terrible conditions. They have very strict rules that I have followed the best I could.

Also depending on if you have central air and you are on the second floor, don't bother turning it on cause it won't cool your place down and don't bother asking them to try to fix it cause they won't get in contact with you about it.

I was thinking about letting them hear my side of the situation but it is mostly likely going to happen again. I would normally let something like this roll of my shoulder but I wanted to write this so people will know what to expect if they consider moving here. If you can follow their outrageous rules when living there like not having any nails on the wall to hold up a picture frame or making sure you apt is SPOTLESS and cleaning up after maintenance stops by to mess up your place and not even fixing what they need to do then by all means this is the place for you.

Wow - Which aparement were you in? Sounds like a disaster. I have never experienced that with my apt.
