I have lived at NW11 since 2001. I love it. One car garage (great in the winter) - washer and dryer - 2 1/2 baths - it's great. My neighbors have been great. The maintenance crew is outstanding. The grounds are well maintained during the winter and summer months. It is very convenient to have 24 hr. maintenance service when a problem arises with your appliances, etc. or you have accidentally locked yourself out (which I have done on a holiday). The rental office has always been helpful when I've had any questions regarding their policies. Easy access to 87 is an added bonus. I would recomment this apartment complex to anyone moving to this area.
