I have only lived here for about 5 months now, the space is great I have a full basement, my husband and I love it. We had a bit of a ladybug problem around october-november, I havent really lived here through the warm months to see a real bug problem, but I have had some complaints. My neighbors are obnoxious. That damn garage door opens and shuts sometimes about 6 times in one hour at like 2am. They fight a lot and scream at each other, and oh my god, the doors slamming. They slam doors SO much it drives me up the wall, they had a party one night and all you heard were kids in the stairwell, right next to ours in our living room, screaming and yelling and slamming doors. My car is really the only one that fits in the garage over my husbands new truck, and doesnt do well in the winter, so I park mine in the garage, which is over my office. so many times I have to leave for work at 5:30 in the morning, so to try and avoid him having to wake up, we try to park next to our garage, which is DIRECTLY in front of our steps. A lot of times, our neighbor whose garage is the obnoxious one parks in front of our steps! and its not like we can park anywhere else, he parked in the circle ONCE along with a ton of other cars and was the only one who got a warning ticket.
One time maintanence was going around changing everyones filters in their furnaces, and I got no warning at all like none. I had just gotten out of the shower, was downstairs in my TOWEL trying to getlaundry out of the dryer getting something to wear and they just opened my garage door and walked right in!!! I freaked out!! I called the office freaking out and the lady was very snotty saying They give out notices theyre coming or ring the doorbell first. I explained I got NO warning, she put me on hold and came back adn apologised. They werent in unniform so I thought some psycho was breaking into my house. I wasin my towel, I screamed aadn locked the door. He told me he was maintencane so I didnt call the cops.
Other than that I mean my dishwasher sucks, the place wasnt really super clean moving in. One time I got stuck trying to get into my garage cuz there was so much snow, I have also fallen on th eice out front many many times. But anytime I ever called maintanence they came right over and fixed my problem. I like living there, They just need some improvement.
I do however wish they allowed pets and not being able to paint makes the apts dull.
