I have lived here more than 10 years. By comparison, tha aprtment homes are nice and rent has been reasonable. Maintenance has been great. They have been courteous, prompt and efficient with repairs and the grounds are well maintained. Do not hold your breath and wait for them to paint! The first time I had my apartment painted the job was poorly done and inferior quality paint was used. Despite the fact that I am handicapped and have offered to pay for assistance with moving heavy items, I was told that the painters will not move furniture.
