Great idea, but still a work in progress - Moved quickly into the area for a new job and these were the only available apartments with short-term leases and the possibility of executive housing. The location is actually perfect for anyone working in the LUTHER FOREST. One grocery, one drugstore, restaurants, and lots of community services nearby. Not worth the money - Lived at Steeplechase for two and a half years. Apartments are drafty, have extremelly thin walls- you can hear neighbors even talking at conversation level. Nice Space for the price Apartments are really spacious for the rent I live in Saratoga Springs my rent is 1200 per month for and older two bedroom that is very cold in winter.Complex and staff seem really nice.
