Why would somebody write such as nasty untruthful review regarding July 5'

Why would someone write a review that is so false, cruel and misleading' Well, I am a loyal tenant to the Bay Shore Manor apartments and this review doesn't give any factual information. In fact, it is cruel and the writer is obviously trying to persaude people from renting here. I know there is a company that knocked on my door several times trying to persuade me and other renters to purchase a house which was such a total scam. Many tenants at the Bay Shore Manor complex and also nearby complexes complained so much that this particular company was reported to the better business bureau. The photo that this writer uploaded isnt even a photo of the property. I enjoy my tenancy here and respect the building very much. The supers Tony & Charlie are hardworking people who don't get a chance to breathe. The building well maintained and the rents are fair. The outside lighting improved tremendously. Previously it was dark it some areas but that is now resolved. The parking situation is easy to continually maintain a spot. Tenants can rent up to as many garages as possible. Initially I thought this wasn't fair to other tenants but now since I rented one, I guess it's reasonable. The cable situation is great because you can have the new service by Verizon which doesn't compare to the low quality of cablevision. The apartments are well designed in terms of the flooplan. Kitchens, closets, and space are well situated. The hallways were redone a few years ago and are magnicant. It's unfortunate that some tenants are careless when they move in because they sometimes chip and damage the walls. I am a neat freak and the supers not only clean steam clean the carpet daily but vaccum as well. Many tenants are content at Bay Shore Manor because if they weren't, they would keep renewing there leases. Lots of my neighbors have been here between 5-10 years. A lof of us bonded and do favors such as open the door for the super, cableservice, cleaning person, electrician, etc. It's a great feeling to bond and get along with your neighbors. There was one couple in the building that were very unappreciative and disturbing to tenants because they had a dog which is unacceptable and not aloowed. We all teamed up with the management company to convince them to terminate their lease. Well, I can give your more information and comments if you wish. Email me @EugeneRosenthal@Yahoo.com
