to be honest, that side of bayshore is really bad,next to the train station prostitution, robberies, i lived in Bayshore over 15 years seen it all next to second ave , no way check out apts in Islip or the Bayshore gaden apts might be a little few dollars more but your life is

Would Not Recommend Very noisy. The train is very close by and you can hear the horn all the time, all hours day and night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations next door. Not a safe area. The office and maintenance staff very nice and friendly.

Great Location, Nice Staff, Not a luxury building but definitely modern. Long Lasting tenant. Lived at Bay Shore Manor since 88. Many positive changes occured during the course of 18 years. Pretty happy here. Nice and quiet.
