My wife and I moved into one of these apartments in November 2003...and soon regretted it.

Though the complex is beautiful, with a gym, pool, basketball and tennis courts, and we have a terrace and it's in a convenient location...the apartments are over 30 years old and lack sufficient sound proofing.

We hear the tenants below us having a conversation...over your televison. When it's quiet in the apartment, we hear their telephone ring, hear them cough.

When I complained of this, the complex manager said, "Well, the apartments are over 30 years old...the only thing I can do for you is to move you to another apartment."

When I asked what good that would do if the soundproofing is old and poor overall, she said, "I don't know."

Plus, it's right beside Nichols Road, a VERY busy road and there is constant truck, motorcycle and general traffic noise.

Some tenants and their guests repeatedly fail to respect assigned parking spots and the management fails to enforce the rules regarding these spots.
