If you're looking for a community that doesn't give a damn about their tenants, then this is the place for you!!! I'm an excellent tenant...hardworking and quiet. Very rarely at home. I lived here one year before they raised my rent a whole $1200 a year! I couldn't believe it! I called the office voicing my concern and they pretty much told me that if I had a problem, to move somewhere else. Bayport is a beautiful area and Southern Meadows makes it very ugly. They obviously DO NOT screen future tenants very well because I can't believe the garbage that is moving in to this place! They literally look like they live on the streets. Not to mention the teenagers blasting their car stereos and home stereos all hours of the night. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and forget about getting any kind of maintenance done. I'm still waiting for 3 work orders to get completed and this is going back since the day I moved in. Southern Meadows is a horrible place to live and they give Bayport a very bad name. If it were up to me, I'd have it condemned. In other words, DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are many other nicer complexes than this one in Suffolk County!!! See you there!!! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
