I lived in this complex for 3 years, and each year watched the morals and staff management of this place change for the worse several times. For the appearance they give, the upscale Bayport neighborhood, and the rent this place charges, everything should have been perfect. We had more plumbing problems in the 3 years I lived there than I've ever had in my life. About 2 years in, I watched my chihuahua chase a roach across the living room floor & by the time we moved we had to keep everything in the kitchen in baggies because we had some sort of weird bug problem. I also didn't appreciate them changing the dog limit to 100lbs from 25lbs without notifying me. Imagine my surprise when I rounded the corner with my 4lb dog only to come face to face with a (friendly but intimidating) german shepard. After no one responding to my mold issues in my entry way, all the plumbing issues, some (minor) electric problems, the bugs, and a lengthy conversation with a neighbor who was being robbed blind by someone on the maintainence staff, we decided enough was enough. Even moving OUT was in issue. We were harassed by the office to the point that I was exhausted with the conversations I was having. And believe me - I am not afraid to open my mouth and marched my butt into the main office on several occasions. I find it very sad because I loved my neighbors & bayport. Please, please, please think twice before you move here if you are reading this. P.S.
