I sit here writing my review at 8:40 A.M.on a sunday.I was woken up again at 7 a.m. by the neighbors 2 dogs.Typical here, no regard for anyone.I pretty much agree with the other negative comments.Staff is a joke,Repairs look like they are done by a 5 year old.I won't let them in to my place to finish something because they make mess every time they come in.I signed a new lease for a little shy of a year.Rent was raised $100 a month for the new year and another $100 for short term lease.Nice way to treat an ideal long term tenant.There are signs outside saying we love our tenants,more like we love our tenants money.The laundry area is not sufficient and machines are constantly broken.Huge problem with parking.No enforcement.Many people not using designated dog walking area.Moving in a few months . Can't wait. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
