The people that live here are trash. They are a bunch of loud idiots. I have never lived near such ignorant people. The apartments are OLD and in severe need of demolition. Our carpet and kitchen floor look like popular picks from the 70's. There is a bad spider problem in the apartments in the summer.

i agree it is discraceful. we have neighbors that are criminal and beat their girlfriend up daily and threaten us but still live here. we've had neighbors that poured gasoline on a car of an enemy that lives here so they could burn it. maryhaven lives here. drug atticts and child beaters. good luck if you live here oh and the old manager stole all the renters money and fled to miami we think. good luck
