I moved to 314, then 608 before finally moving out. Noone at the office listens until you complain to the district management. Call the phone service, get the # they give you and hold onto it. Believe you me, I had to call and call and finally got results. You have to be a pain in their side for them to listen you. It's very sad. They don't keep up with the machines;once their was feces on the floor. Are people that ignorant'The funny things was after they decided to have the residents pay for the utilities, I checked out online the rent for our last apt,...we were asked to pay $1240, they listed it for $1210! Can't adjust the heat properly and when residents are climbing the stairs, they are not aware of how much the wall vibrates;they may as well as use a megaphone on the decks, you can hear everything!!!!P.S. Including dogs from up to 100 lbs....nuts.
