Yes, I've lived here for several years; only because moving is a hassle. The staff is rude; work isn't done; the apartment leaks; gangs of kids roaming at all hours of the night; rent increases yearly ($50-100 per month and it's called fair market price); riff raff tenents (read as section 8 and bed bug infested) and LOUSY parking. The only good thing is the location, that is if your apartment isn't on the highway....LOTS of TRAFFIC NOISE from the Nichols speedway. Did I mention bed bugs' Check that one out before you move here.
