I have been here almost 2 years and witnessed my first cockroach ever in my life. They came to exterminate and i have never seen 1 since. Has any one else had the problem. I heard once they are seen, they never really go away.

I lived at 314 and at 608 and never had a cockroach problem although we had ant and carpenter ant problem. The worst was a year ago. We needed to get the exterminator 3 times to get rid of them. In the cabinets, kitchen..you name the room and they were there!

I too live in southern meadows for over too years, and began to see roaches for the first time. 2 to be exact. I thought I just had dirty neighbors, now I wonder if it is a bigger problem. I'm afraid to call for extermination because I have a teeny-tiny dog.

You thought it was a roach? It was actually the neighbor's kid.

I had the same experience. I had never seen one before so I wasn't sure thats what it was but I only saw one once. I'm hoping thats it. This place is terrible.

when I first moved it last spring, I had the ants and lots of brown spiders. When I called about it no one got back to me. Let's see what happens this year.
