Reason 1. 3 female residents in T2 and T3 experienced a peeping tom in the early eve. hours. lurking behind the bushes looking thru the bedroom windows. It was reported to police and also repoted to the leasing office who delt with it with a "not my problem" attitude.
Reason 2. 4 residents that I am aware of smoke pot I know this because I am in my early 30's and they approached me with "yeah, we all like to party" and asked if I also smoked.
Reason 3. Maint. staff are complete idiots and I am certain they do not have any certifications. My heat did not work 3 times over the winter. My kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up and sewage water came out of it. I was told that it was impossible that it is sewage water however, the oder was pure feces. This backed up all over my dishes. And they spent the entire day fixing the problem. And when the left they did not even attempt to clean.
Reason 4. You can't use the on-site laundy facility beacuse the machines never work. It addition it is recycled water.
Reason 5. When I first moved in, the paint job was horrible.. scuffs and chips everywhere. When I told them about this, they handed me a small can of paint. I really could go on and on. Basically, I can't wait until the lease is up. It is a shame beacause Bayort is a great community and I have a child and came to Bayport because of the schools but, living at southern meadows is like living in the Ghetto.

Im sure you are a real treat to your neighbors, Southern Meadows probably cant wait for you to move.

I feel the same way, and the letter about the peeping Tom was quite upseting as I live on the first floor too. It is a shame that there is'nt even security. Oh wait there is that security car that drives around once a month..Southern Meadows is really a joke. What a shame.
