I lived here only for a year because I move around with my job. The staff was always friendly and would go out their way to help. Maintenance was great as well. I always had a parking space and they were renovating a lot while I was there. For a studio, it wasn't bad. I would recommend against a bottom floor apartment. I had bugs when it rained and had ants at one point. No other problems than that. Utilities were almost completely covered. For the area, it was a good deal and I highly recommend it.
