Staffs are really nice before you sign the paper work to get in the apartment. They are not so nice while you are leaving or early lease break. It cost me 2 and 1/2 month of rent because I terminated my lease early. Eventhough, they rented the place right away.
The day of leaving (final walk thru) they could not find any kind of problem and I was free to go. But after two months they send me a bill of carpet cleaning ($200.00) and pest control ($300.00).
At the end of lease expiration or at the time of leaving, please make sure everything well discussed.
There is no washer and dryer in the unit and the common one is always busy and does not work properly.
They will send you lease renewal notice 3 months in advance. If you decide to leave, please make sure you know that 3 months ahead of time.
