I have to say that my 4 and a half years here have been WONDERFUL! AND I AM NOT MANAGEMENT!
I moved in here that day after that awful blackout 4 years ago. I have NEVER had a problem with mice, bugs, moisture, etc. And for the small problems I do have, maintenence is ALWAYS here quickly! This place is HUGE, and I have never had a problem waiting for them to tend to something.
Like most of us, I have had some major illness that put me out of work for awhile, and the staff was so understanding when I was having a hard time paying bills. Of course, I paid every month, but there were some times that I had to pay late, and as long as I was honest with the staff, they worked with me.
My neighbors have always been wonderful.........I guess I have been lucky in that department!
I actually have to leave my apartment in Feb because the rent is just too high at this point, and I would like to start saving for a house. I found a place that is ALMOST as nice for $400.00 less...........and a 2 bedroom. But I have to say that if the rent was a little cheaper, I would NEVER leave!! It really makes me sad to go!
I hate when I see all these people bashing this place..........take a look at some of the other places out there, and you will see that this community is truly a home. Thanks to the staff and the maintence guys for always making this a home for me! I will miss you all :( Wish I didn't have to leave!
