I have been here only 2 months and did not have a chance to deal with the old management company, so I can't really comment on issues people had with them. I can comment however on the current company and people who work there now, along with my living experience.

In my first few weeks, we received a survey asking us what the residents wanted to see/change. This was shocking because I never experienced this in the past. I filled out the survey asking for speed bumps to prevent people from driving like idiots, I asked for an ATM, I asked them to repair the gates on Horseblock Rd, I asked for security in the clubhouse to prevent outsiders from using the gym, and finally, I asked for the tennis courts to have lighting so that I can play with my wife at night.

2 days ago, we received a 7 page document from the office thanking us for our feedback. Ok I said, you're welcome I thought to myself. As I kept reading, I could not believe that they are actually going to give me everything I asked for (except the lights, which I understand because they're too close to apartments). Many other residents must have asked for the same. They also said that they will install a mini car wash? Where do you see a car wash in an apartment complex?

Cara and Jeff are both very nice, and they have a new girl up front who seems nice as well.

Here is the crazy thing. I complained to the manager that my neighbors hang out in their driveway blasting their radio. I was floored when he said "here is my cell phone number, call me when it happens and I will come right over. They will stop for good before you have a chance to hang up with me". I SWEAR THIS IS WHAT HE SAID.

I can't comment on some of the other issues that relate to summer as I have not experienced summer here yet (bugs, parking, pool, etc...). However I like what I see and can't wait for the summer.
