I like the place, the apartments are only a few yeas old and look nice. Appliances are almost new and work. I like the Washer/Dryer in the unit and the Dishwasher saves me hours. A/C and heating are rather lousy, even I 'see' how inefficient they are, which is double bad because the insulation sucks too. So we are paying $200 in gas and power a month...

Each Apartment has a seperate entry and an attached garage.

They have a nice clubhouse, pool, workout cent and tot-lot. They tried putting in speed bumps to avoid people driving too fast, but of course there always is that one idiot who does 40mph with his truck in front of the playground (just say Danic...).

I really miss sidewalks. one has to walk on the street or in the gras which is always under water. And of course than there is the landfill, which got much worse over the last year.

OK, seems that with the change of management things are getting worse: - vandals are trespassing and loitering the complex - landscape is not as well mantained anymore. - mainenance repairs require a second and third call. - families are moving out party folks moves in. - the playgrounds are hang outs for smoking and loitering teenager. - can you say dog poop? Try stepping in some...
