We had to relocate from another state. At the time we moved in, the gates did not work. 1.5 years later, they still don't work. Bored teenagers started showing up from local area (non-residents) and loitering at the clubhouse, trespassing at the pool, vandalizing the community, and terrorizing kids (like our 3 year old) at the tot-lot. The looks are nice, but the grass is overwatered, to the tune of "don't try to walk on it, or your feet will be underwater". Okay, I can't take my son to the tot-lot without having to either call the police & file a complaint of trespass, or calling the manager, if he is in, to chase the kids away. I can't take by kid to play in the grass because it's wet and mosquito larvae infested in the summer. The pool' Beautifully kept, and regularly overrun with the North Bellport youth without any decent place to go to cool off. Unfortunately, they splash, make noise, leave garbage, swear and generally annoy the crap out of the people who live here.

We are sorry you are/were unhappy. We did have issues with tresspassers, however we resolved that quickly. You statement about the grass is completely innacurate.
