We have been here for 3 years, my husband and I have been back and forth as to if we will stay one more year. These are the reasons why will will not: # 1 The rumor of a large rent increase $ 75.00 - 100.00 was confirmed by the managment company # 2 The broken gates, scary looking kids that don't live here and the general poor condition of the gym ( which we pay for by the way) # 3 The final deciding factor for us was the Bright Pink flyer we received yesterday announcing "Atlantic Suites" a by the night rentals for $ 95.00 a night!!!!!! Are they that desperate to fill these overpriced, poorly constructed apartments that they ACTUALLY THINK a paying tenant will think that as a good thing''''' They manage to sound benevolant that it is for our benefit to put up out of town guests for the holidays, but lets be serious folks, if you have an out of town guest in for the holidays, you have invited them!!!! They just don't drop by!! And who will really benefit from this''' Us for putting up Grandma in the apartment next to the dumpster, or the management company who is desperate to get any money they can from what I can only assume is a largely vacant complex!! Will these Guests have access to the amenities that tenants have to pay for' Will they be screened' Does anyone else have a problem with this besides me''''' I hope that the staff and Management Company read these things, because once I stopped swearing, I called a Real Estate Agent!! 1- We have rent increases just like any other complex. 2- The gates are the fault of the residents who drive through them and your comment about the gym is completely innacurate. 3- The guest suites were created as an additional ammenity. Yes, paying residents love them. As a matter of fact, we have to ad more. Try calling and reserving a night (make sure you call 6 months in advance). We listened to our residents and gave them what they wanted. If you do not want to use the guest suite, you are not being forced to use it, so please dont! |

Hey idiot, what is your problem. If you don't want to use the guest suites, then don't. This is a convenience for those of us who have a big family coming over for holidays. People like you make me sick!
