This place is constructed as though you are in Florida. The furnace/AC fan drives me crazy for heat and A/C, the pipes freeze in the winter, our rent went up to a ridiculous amount and we can never find a visitor parking space. The single zone heat and AC is terrible, since you freeze downstairs in the Winter and roast upstaiars in the Summer. The exercise room is a joke and they took 3 months to fix one treadmill and they TV remotes never work. The management should wake up and ask people what they see as problems. The 17 page lease is also more legalese then when I purchased my last home.give a discount for views of the dump, as they now have the gall to charge for water views... You would think we lived on a lake resort. Don't move here unless you are desperate and have a very high paying job...

If you have a complaint regarding your heating/ac unit, please see us and we will immediately fix it. It did take one month to fix a machine because that is how long it took to get the part. The remotes ALWAYS work. We do charge an additional $25 for a pond view, which most people have no issues with. We are sorry that you were not happy here.

I am a resident of Atlantic Point and love it to say the least. Yes, there is a landfill close to the property. However, I knew that before I moved in. It's not like it was suprise. It's no like one day I woke up and said "Holy ---- The Management Team put a landfill up over night!?"
