There are some very serious issues with some of these reviews. Funny how these people probably keep renewing their lease. We love it here. Everything for the pools to the garages to the maintenance staff, is awesome. As far as the dump goes, that is the only unfortunate part of this gem. However, we saw it as soon as we came into the leasing office and those that complain must have rented online or something. You cant miss the damn thing.
As far as maintenance entering your apartment. There are so many apartments here. You think they will make appointments. If you make a complaint to fix a problem and they come, you complain about that' My goodness, get a life!
