I moved in just under a year ago and I couldn't picture leaving. When you're here you don't have to fix anything. Maintanence is friendly and fast. When i owned a home I had to cut the lawn and maintain everything else. Yes I do miss the privacy of my own residence but with mortgages so high and all that work I plan on renting here for a while.

I am sorry to hear that you feel badly about your decision to live at Kingston Villas. I want to apologize because our team truly wants all of our residents to enjoy living here. As the community manager at Kingston Villas I would like to address the erroneous comments made in this review. Our records indicate that a maintenance request was placed in regards to water damage. It was found that the issue was a dryer vent causing condensation; there were no leaking pipes in the area. The maintenance staff resolved the situation appropriately and at not time ahd human waste on their gloves as stated in this review. The fire alarm on your building was set off by an individual recently and I assure you the situation was handled as promptly as possible. We comply with all fire codes and there was no fire code violation. This was and can be confirmed by the local Fire Marshall. The alarm box mentioned is not an alarm box, it is the Fire Alarm Control Panel. There are no "break glass" options to enter any fire alarm control panels as stated in the posting. It requires a key and tere is a specific code that states how to deactivate an alarm notification appliance.It is only to be reset by qualified personnel that have confirmed there is no true life safety issue before deactivating. As you can imagine, these types of steps are in place for everyone's safety.
The statement that there was an electrical fire inside a residentÂ?s home is also incorrect; and there is no record of this situation occurring. I apologize if this comes across as defensive, but my team and I take the safety of our residents very seriously and comply with all fire code laws and regulations to every extent. We are always in the office from 9:00am to 7:00pm to assist residents and new guests. If a phone call cannot be answered due to us having another resident or customer on the phone or in the office, we have a voice messaging system and check this regularly throughout the day. While we may not all be in the office at one time, we do always fully staff the community and may be out walking the grounds making sure that everything is running smoothly or showing apartments to guests. My door is always open and I welcome a chance to speak with all residents. My goal here at Kingston Villas is to provide all residents with excellent customer care.
