I do in fact have to respond to the newly posted honest review
I stated my opinion, which is nothing more than a VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
By the way I never name-called like a child, which from your response just goes to show the level of maturity. I am pleased that your experience is a pleasant one. UNFORTUNATELY it is in MY OPINION that it is not case and for most (whom have all recently left).
I did however notice that you DID NOT DENY or EVEN touch on base points that are presented in my review, you SUGAR COATED problems that did/ still do in fact exist!
As far as section 8, as you put it - U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development- It is illegal to discriminate against anyone who is in participation of Section 8 or a Rental Assistance Program So you go ahead and call&
The dump, yes obviously I am not blind if I had asked about it (Goodness!), I was just lied too!
And again, I did notice that you did NOT deny that you had smelt the METHANE GAS (how many times)?!
First of the maintenance coming into my domain, had NOTHING to do with a request for repair! Come to think of it I never did get an explanation to why they were there (thats right they do not address issues- they ignore them), but do have the tape to demonstrate nothing was repaired, looked at, reviewed or inspected&hmmm
Considering that it is my domain (and by law it is my domain if I am paying rent- tenants rights) I believe notification is required&
Unfortunately I was there 2 years and do know that my filter was NOT changed, and most definitely not done during any fire inspection, which by the only occurred ONCE a year!
Thank you for stating the truth- POORLY BUILT Again let me thank you for the facts remember folks this is coming from a happy tenant.
Lets get ONE thing straight, I was NEVER evicted, paid late and DID receive my entire security back upon my leave. (Narrow minded assumption)
And I would LOVE to ask someone "why are you still here after 3 years"? But unfortunately that is hardly the case considering most people do not renew following their 1-2 year lease has expired/endedI wonder why!

We are sorry you are unhappy, however we need to state FACTS. Section 8 complexes are those that agree to accept section 8. They have to apply and be approved. It is not "discrimination" if we choose not to accept section 8. If you have the "tape", please produce it and we will deal with the employee. We are REQUIRED to change filters twice per year, and we do. Please state facts. We have MANY residents who have been here for a long time, and our strong occupancy proves that. Good luck in your future endeavors. |

First of all who ever wrote this is a MORAN Methan gas ok buddy lets get real second you are renting not owning, maintenance can come in when ever they want, thats why your not allowed to change your locks. I lived here for 5 years no problems here buddy |

I've honestly noticed that the main reason many of the residents move out after a short period of time is because a large portion of residence, including myself, are young couples just starting out. Many of them purchase homes after being here at Atlantic Point for 1-2 years, so of course they would move on. This review is nothing short of outlandish and these "claims" are nothing but the childish ramblings of a born complainer. I've smelled the dump twice since I've moved here. You knew it was here when you moved in. |
