I want to thank the entire staff for dealing with my difficult maintenance situation. You were very responsive, from the actual phone call to the maintenance visit. You guys did a great job and I love it here. I've been here for 2 years and it keeps getting better.

I am sorry to hear that you feel the amenities in our business center are not meeting your expectations. The business center is available during office hours each day and each morning my staff and I check to ensure all the equipment is working properly and that the supplies are readily available. If the supplies run out during the day, we are always happy to replenish what is lacking and/or assist if a printer or connection to the Internet is not available. Please feel free to ask my team and I for assistance, we are here to help.
I would like to apologize that you feel we have not sufficiently communicated information regarding the incident that occurred in December within the community. It may help for me to explain what happened. Unfortunately, a terrible tragedy did occur on our premise where the former spouse of a resident who was not home chose to take their own life. This was a very upsetting situation and my management team and I chose to handle the situation as delicately as possible for those involved. The local authorities did investigate and reported no criminal activity; this was just a tragic situation. Based on this information, we did not send a letter to our residents as no criminal activity was actually committed and we did not wish to cause unnecessary concerns. I apologize if this has caused you and any of our residentÂ?s undue stress or frustration and it will not happen again. Based on feedback, we have decided in the future to communicate to our residents regarding any situations that may cause potential alarm. Myself and my team take the safety of our residents seriously and want our residents to feel comfortable in their neighborhood.
