We have been here for 1 1/2 years and cant understand what in the world some people are complaining about. Gates, when repaired, will not keep people out that really want to get in, get off it already. Parking, this place has more parking than I have ever seen on Long Island. We have rented for almost 10 years now, so trust me. Construction? My god man! This is a rental and these types of places go up in months, not years. Go check out some other apartments complexes, then complain about this place.
The maintenance staff is wonderful and we would recommend this place anyday.
