Dear Mark i came in today to get information about the apartments and Lauren took good care of me. I know i don't live there yet, and the only thing that slow me down is that it is far away from my wife's job , anyway, except for the gates that are open but you already said that they will work properly again in less than a month,i have to say that atlantic Point looks beautiful, it is VERY CLEAN,(yes it is no doubt about that) i didn't smell anything bad at all, the gym is unbelievable and i am saying this because somebody in one of the reviews said that the gym sucks( i mean you must be either crazy or your last name is Schwarzenegger) the club house looks fantastic , and really, based on what i have seen today i dont really see how some people have so much to complain about... i understand that unpleasant things can happen , but that is everywhere and based on the hundreds of positive reviews i have to say that if we will decide to move so far out east we will definitely rent at atlantic point , no matter what!
p.s. Damn why don't you move closer!!!!'' ehehe

Thank you for your question(s). 1- We agree that we should fix the gates, we never said we would not. We simply stated that it is taking a long time due to the extensive damage. They will be up and running late September/early October. 2- My "flashing lights" comment was only to illustrate how you cant make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. No, we will not have security as it is (a) not needed here, and (b) this will keep the rents down. We hope you visit us and see how beautiful it is here. We also hope you take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and use common sense as to why the reviews are there in the first place. Feel free to ask current residents while you're here if any of the negtive reviews hold water. You will be pleasantly surprised! Manager Response (part 2) I am happy that you came in and actually updated your review after seeing the complex. As you can see, the complex speaks for itself. My staff and I worked very hard to get it this way and we are all very proud to work here. I am also delighted that you were able to look past some of the negative reviews and come down here for yourself. We wish everyone took guidance from this reviewer. We certainly hope you move here, and wish you much luck no matter where you decide to live.
