Can someone please clearly explain what are guest suites and how are they used. I would also want management to give an answer on when the gates will really be fixed, since I am aware that there is not a very safe community nearby. After reading other posts I have seen that the gates were supposed to have been fixed since the summer but they are not yet fixed. I want to move in but that is the only thing that is really holding me back.
I would also want to know if there is a security guard on premises and if there is, when is he there'

Dear prospective resident: 1- Guest suites are something we created to assist current residents when they have family and friends over but either do not have enough room or prefer they stay elsewhere. These are furnished apartments that residents can rent for $95 per night. These guest suites are only available to current residents. We are the only apartment community on Long Island to offer such a service. 2- The gates have been repaired several weeks ago. We gave residents a few weeks to program their cards to our new system, and the gates officially were turned on effective October 9th, 2006. 3- We do not have security on site as this type of service is not needed here. To answer your latest question, the gates close from 8pm to 6am daily.
