This may seem like a silly question but do you expierence alot of leaky pipes. I am currently living in a similiar luxury apartment and so far we have had pipes in the ceiling leak 4 times in 1 1/2 years. We are told that the cause is plastic fittings that crack. My biggest concern is moving into another complex with the same issues. I don't want to continue examining the ceiling for leaks 24/7.

This is not a silly question, however it is difficult to answer. We would not tell you that we NEVER experience leaks, frozen pipes, etc. Whether you own a home, live at this complex or any other, sometimes things happen. I can say that: A- Leaking pipes are rare here. B- In the event that anything like that happens, our maintenance team will take care of the problem very fast. They are the best at what they do and we are proud of their awesome work. We hope this helped you in some way. |
