I've lived here 3 years and I have to say I love it here,There are some problems like anywhere else, But overall this is a great place to live. As far as rodent problems haven't had one, moisture and mold NO PROBLEM. Only problem we have here is that the gates aren't closed 24hrs other than that A great place to live. and like I said yes you are going to have some problems time to time but the managment is on top of it.If you look at all the reviews you'll see that 90% of them are good reviews (except for one or two disgruntle residents which hopefully won't be here that much longer) so anyone looking to move here we highly recommend it.Come and check it out for yourself,drive around and talk to the residents and you'll find that 98% of the residents are happy here and love it...

Thank you for your review. As to the gates, they do close at 8pm and open at 6am. The reason this is the way it is is because we have 2000 residents who live here, and have too many school buses and deliveries coming through during the day. Also, our staff is here until 6pm so we feel the hours they are closed are enough. If more people wnat them to close earlier, we will certainly look into it. Thanks again for your great review.
