Its okay have to wiegh the good and the bad
Update to my review is this...most of what people say on this post that are negative are absolutely true and most of what poeple say on the post that positive are absolutely true.
You have a 50/50 chance of being in an area that is nice or one where it is not so nice when you rent here.
Some areas have tenants that follow the rules - some dont. Some dont have as many pest problems - some have a alot.
We all live in an apartment community so that there are rules and they are enforced, and there is maintenance that takes care of every single little tiny issue. If not, we would just live in a house. It is, afterall much less expensive to do so. So PLEASE do not compare it to a house where you as the owner are responsible for everything and take chances as far as neighbors. There are rules (we sign a contrct) in apartment communities.

Besides the quailty of the neighbors (cause you get that all over) are there bug problems like cockaroches I hate bugs and that would definetly change my mind about this place. please respond.
