Ok so here we go>I have come to the conclusion that there is good and some bad in any complex>however some are very bad. Here these people are friendly caring and fix whatever they can>they cannot cure world hunger and go back and fix landfills and mice. I am so happy that i left my old complex and its bs behind>they genuinely care here and you get what you give. We want to be friendly and be treated with respect and they do that. Forget the fact about Mice or bugs>I have not seen one! You could buy a house and hate your neighbors and they could be slobs , so lets stop the stupid complaints on here and wittled it down to the real objection>anyone who complains about small stuff should know there are people like us that fled a complex not too far from Atlantic Pt that was the worst>serious pervasive water damage,rude and incapable management that we hardly had to use,but when you did it was insane the way these people treated you>my hats off to the management here,it is admirable that they answer the blogs and try very hard.

Ok so fast forwaard now to a bad economy>these people sued us even after I found a renter to take the apartment right away>they are scumbags like every other complex>go rent a house>less headaches

Most people with some level of intelligence would appreciate the fact that a management company actually takes the time to respond to these posts, whether good or bad. You should see our customer service that we offer once you live here. You missed out, however we are glad that you looked elsewhere and wish you luck anyway.

I was going to rent here but after reviewing this website which I am so glad I came across it when googleing Atlantic Point Apts, I have decided to go elsewhere. Too many negatives to live there and I also find that if the manager has to sit in front of a computer to defend this place and alot of defending it looks like to me and so many reviews, then it's just not worth it. Looks beautiful from the outside but then again, looks can certainly be deceiving.

First off, if you do your home work on Lonisland apt, you will see that this place has one of the best reviews. And the fact that the manager actually cares to make things better is amazing. My fiance and I are looking to rent in May of 2009. I hope I can get approved for a #1 place. Price is great, and the insides are beautiful. You will NOT find better than this place.

5.0 Rating? YOU R either a ringer or just NUTS! Do NOT rent here - go elsewhere. If I followed my gut I would not have had to suffer these many months in this shi*-hole. My lease is up soon and I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT. Good riddance AP!

Proverbs4wisdom - I felt exactly the same until after about 6 months of living here, but you learn as you go and you will learn as did the original reviewer.
