I am looking to move in to Atlantic Point in june. I have been reading all the reviews and starting to wonder if I made the right choice. I am looking into the Twinleaf. Is there anyone that has that unit and what do they have to say about it''
As far as the pool and gym and clubhouse if I have a guest over are they also able to use these things with me'

| As the property manager, I used to live in a Twinleaf and loved it. I now live off site in a house, but would have stayed in that unit otherwise. Guests are welcome if this is not abused and as long as they are accompanied by residents. I hope this information helped. | |

The pool, clubhouse and gym according to the contract are for Residents Only. It doesn't seem to be enforced very strongly though.
