We moved into Atlantic Point after selling our condo and we love it here so far. The staff is very professional and helpful I have never had a problem with anyone at the complex. The only problem I have is the gate situation but again the staff seems that they are top of the problem. We have not had any mold , rodents or any loud neighbors . We are looking forward to our time in our new place .

The gates have not worked at Atlantic Pointe since last summer at least. There were a substantial number of cars broken into in people's driveways last summer and the gates have still yet to be fixed. I hope this message will finally acts as an incentive for management to fix the gates once and for all, especially before the summer when the rate of crime generally increases.

You think its just here that they break into cars>you just here about it in a complex>your car could be on a city street or neighborhood and it get broken into.>wake up the gates have nothing to do with this! You just think because they are there it will be your answer to complaining about something>you people really dont know what a bad complex is and what poor management is all about! You will know where the grass is greener when you go elsewhere and see what porly run and no parking is really like! Try Vistorian Gardens if you want low class!
