Please do some research before you move here.. the staff was nice but many problems with the people they rent out to and parking is major issue if have guest or a party godluck finding parking . the tow truck company is very shady and had many complaints look them up on bbb... beware of this

Thought it was pretty nice...but pricey for Bellport. The apartments are gorgeous and very clean and updated with the latest appliances. NO hardwoods, but the carpets are nice. Kind of pricey for Bellport though, since the school district isn't the best. All in all its a nice, safe

question & comment I have lived here for three months and love it, but my question is i am in a twinleaf 11 and have gotten only three electric bills so far but my electric bill was around 375.00 to 400.00 both times does that sound normal

New Resident We moved into Atlantic Point after selling our condo and we love it here so far. The staff is very professional and helpful I have never had a problem with anyone at the complex. The only problem I have is the gate situation but again the staff seems that they are top of the problem.
