If you're looking for home with a safe place for your kids to play, this is not it. They send flyers around stating that your children are not to play in the grassy areas or in the parking lots, but yet they get rid of the playgrounds. You can't have any toys outside your apartment so even if you can afford to purchase outdoor toys you can't have them because they're not allowed. So tell me, where are the kids supposed to play again' How does this promote community unity'
As for repairs, like the previous tenant wrote, they don't fix anything so it stays fixed. The tiles in my shower have been fixed a few times in the same year, and the hole in my kitchen ceiling from a leak in the pipes.... 6 month later still there.
Yes these apartments are big and spacious and the rent can be affordable but if you have small children I suggest you look elsewhere. Why do I still live you you might ask' Because my kids are big and we break all the rule, they play on the grassy area, in the parking lots and we go sled riding on the big hills they tell us to stay off of. Once the put the playgrounds back up well start abiding by the rules again. IF YOU DON'T GIVE US A PLACE TO PLAY WE'LL MAKE ONE. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Wow I agree completely to this I have lived here for a year and a half and I am moving out the rules are insane and your right you cant let your kids play outside anymore its a new rule they ever so nicely added to the lease. This place is crap I also had a leak in my kitchen from damaged pipes in the upstairs bathroom, which cause a huge black mold issue and they came knocked it down threw up some cabinets and called it good which the mold is still there, repairs hardly get taken care of promptly. STAY AWAY FROM ELY PARK its not worth it even for the cheap rent.
