the staff and maintance are wonderful....safety is a concern.....Just got a three day notice that I am 5 days late on my rent and they are going to throw me out
if I don't pay it in 3 days the lady that knocked on my door said this a legal
document and it is not a legal anything and it is signed by a Irene Forsythe...which I have never heard of and she is from Legacy Bay Apartment. LLC..which I have never heard of....I think it has been sold..I also had already called and told the office..I would have the rent on Mon...You also can't cook out anymore.....

you cant cook out anymore you cant plant flowers anymore you cant have your kids play outside anymore you want to hang curtains or blinds in your apartment you have to get permission from the ely park staff...what next they will start to tell us when to shower or go to the bathroom?

this place pisses me off they throw you out just if your a little late on your rent they are very cold hearted and you feel like you are in jail you cant do anything up there it really has gone downhill its became trashy to and just to many rules to deal with i mean come on give us a break!!!
