This community might of been good before but lack of care is ruining it. The apartment manager is inept in dealing with problems. I have spent 12 long horrible months here. The nooise of my neighbor shook paintings on my walls, kept my kids up (11mos.,2 years, 4 Years),and countless headaches. This one resident runs over anything or anybody he does not like. He tries to controll by scare tatics. Look up police reports, I will be in court testifying about the Harrasment. To make matters worse the manager keeps renting to more of his realitives from NYC. The teeanagers are his personal goon squad. There are reports of teenage drinking (thanks to one resident)and vandalism is becomeing more frequent. After a certain neighbor got the cops called for animal abuse I recieved 4 flat tires that night and a false call to the police against me the next day. So Run as fast as you can find somewhere else. If it looks trashy on the porches than nothing changed. Watch for year round christmas lights another of his favs.
